A workspace refers to a collaborative environment where users from the same organisation can interact, collaborate, and create shared resources 👨👩👧👦
By default, anyone from your organisation working from the same instance of your clinical system will be in a workspace together.
Note: If your organisation hasn't used Accurx before or if it's national code has changed, please let us know by starting a live chat via the green bubble on the bottom right of this page or email support@accurx.com. The team can create a new workspace for your organisation.
What can you do within a workspace?
Within your Accurx workspace, you can:

If you need to delegate work or follow up on a patient response, you can assign conversations to colleagues within the same workspace
