After joining your organisation in Accurx, you'll be asked to join a workspace - the workspace you join should have a similar name to the speciality in which you work, e.g. Cardiology. Being part of a workspace ensures that you’re able to use Accurx to its full potential by providing speciality-specific features and unlocking collaboration with your team.

How to join a workspace
First, ensure you've joined your organisation in the Accurx app
After you’ve joined an organisation, you'll be prompted to select a workspace
Choose the workspace that corresponds to your speciality or team
If you work across multiple specialities, you can join additional workspaces later
Note: The workspace name that you join should have the same name as your specialty and include the main site that you at (if applicable).
What if I can't find a workspace for my specialty?
If you don't see an appropriate workspace:
Create a new workspace for your specialty

Click 'Create new workspace'
Choose a name for your workspace that clearly identifies your specialty
As an optional step, add a description to help others identify your workspace
Choose a speciality from the list
Click Create workspace
You will become the admin of the newly-created workspace

If you work across multiple specialties or teams:
You can belong to multiple workspaces simultaneously
Switch between workspaces using the workspace selector
Your messages and notifications will be organised by workspace
