What is Florey Plus?

Florey patient questionnaires allow users to collect information about and monitor patients remotely which saves time and appointments, as well as increasing practice productivity:

  • Save appointments and reduce referrals: Long term conditions (LTCโ€™s) can be managed effectively in the community. Better remote control of LTCโ€™s reduces risk of illnesses escalating and patients being referred to hospital

  • Save time: Information gathered pre-appointment reduces clerical workload during an appointment. More time can be spent interacting with the patient and coming to quicker decisions

  • Increase practice productivity: Time taken to achieve QOF standards is reduced significantly, allowing staff to focus efforts elsewhere. Additionally, >50% patients that receive a Florey respond in a few days, reducing manual chasing required

The Lite (free) suite of Florey questionnaires are what practices already have access to for free and will remain free. The 10 new Florey Plus questionnaires are purchased as part of Accurx Plus and is what's newly available!

You can access Florey patient questionnaires by clicking on the 'Message' button within your Accurx Desktop toolbar.

This means that this particular patient has already received that Florey in the last 7 days ๐Ÿ˜Š

We block these from sending just so the patients and their medical records don't get overwhelmed with duplicate questionnaires in the same week.

Note: this is per Florey. You will be able to send them multiple Floreys, as long as they're different ones!
