What is Florey Plus?
Florey patient questionnaires allow users to collect information about and monitor patients remotely which saves time and appointments, as well as increasing practice productivity:
Save appointments and reduce referrals: Long term conditions (LTC’s) can be managed effectively in the community. Better remote control of LTC’s reduces risk of illnesses escalating and patients being referred to hospital
Save time: Information gathered pre-appointment reduces clerical workload during an appointment. More time can be spent interacting with the patient and coming to quicker decisions
Increase practice productivity: Time taken to achieve QOF standards is reduced significantly, allowing staff to focus efforts elsewhere. Additionally, >50% patients that receive a Florey respond in a few days, reducing manual chasing required

The Lite (free) suite of Florey questionnaires are what practices already have access to for free and will remain free. The 10 new Florey Plus questionnaires are purchased as part of accuRx Plus and is what's newly available!

Can I make my own or edit a Florey?
Currently, the surveys aren't editable and you aren't able to make your own.
You could try using the patient single response feature! 😊 - To do this, you just write a normal text message with some questions and then tick the check box under the Message text box that says "Allow patient to respond once."
