This article talks about a feature of our accuRx Chain toolbar for EMIS/S1 GP practices.
We've received a lot of feedback about the current SMS Delivery Receipts webpage, and also from practices who weren't aware of message failures.
In response to that, we've improved our failed delivery behaviour such that you now:
- Receive a notification in the toolbar when one of your messages has failed
- Can click 'Open in EMIS/S1' to open that patient up (no more copying and pasting of the NHS number!)
- Can mark as "Done' failed messages once you've dealt with them or are happy to remove them from the list.
You should be receiving notifications for any messages you send that fail.
If a user or group of users (e.g. receptionists or admins) would like to receive notifications for all failed SMS messages in your practice, those individuals can click '"Notify" in the central pane of the Failed folder.
