This article talks about a feature of our accuRx Chain toolbar for EMIS/S1 GP practices.
To see the SMS history of a patient:
- Open the patient in EMIS/S1
- Click on the Inbox icon from the toolbar (the one to the left of your initials)
- Click on the patient's name under "Current EMIS Web Patient" / "Current SystmOne Patient"
Messages are sorted chronologically by most recent action in the "Open" and "Done" sections. "Open" means any conversations that are currently active in your practice for that patient. "Done" means any conversations that have been marked as Done (including Sent and Scheduled messages).
In every message you can see the sender, along with the respective delivery status (What do delivery receipts mean?):
You can go back to writing a new SMS by clicking on "Create new ticket..." at the top of the central pane.
