To set up new users at your practice, please follow these steps 👇

  1. Chain needs to be installed on the user's PC. See here for install steps (once installed on the PC it should appear across all user profiles*)
  2. For new users in EMIS practices only, someone in the practice with EMAS Manager privileges will need to activate them in EMAS manager
  3. Users will then need to create their own account
  4. Users will then need to log in and connect to EMIS/SystmOne
  5. Users will then need to approve their account
