In Accurx Web, you can select "Message GP" to view all communication between your organisation and a GP practice.
To get started, you'll need to select "Message GP" on the left-hand side panel,
You'll have the option to:
Send a new message to the GP practice
View your conversations
View all conversations in your organisation
Sending a message
If you wish to send a message to the GP practice of a patient, you can select "New Message" which will open up a search for you to locate the patient's details:
Select the blue search icon 🔎 and a result will appear.
If the details match click "Select patient" in blue.
You can now write a message which will go through to the GP practice's Accumail inbox.
Once you're happy with the message, select "Send" in blue and your message will have gone directly to the practice's Accurx. 📫
A copy of the conversation can be found in the "All Conversations" section of the Message GP inbox.
