The Clinic List feature in Accurx Web allows you to view your upcoming clinic lists over the next two weeks. There's an option to view patients in these clinic lists as well as contact them individually or via Batch Messaging.

1๏ธโƒฃ Log in to https://web.accurx.com/login

2๏ธโƒฃ Verify your identity if you havenโ€™t done so already with 2 Factor Authentication. You should have set up 2FA using your mobile phone number or an alternative email address to your NHS address. If not, please set this up to access all the features here.

3๏ธโƒฃ Click Patients > Clinics

๐Ÿ“„ How to navigate the Clinic lists page

Once you've landed on the Clinic Lists page, you'll be able to see the relevant clinics for dates over the next two weeks. You can also see when the clinics were last updated. By default, the clinics will appear in descending order.

It's possible to manage the Clinic lists page using the filters at the top. You can filter by:

  • Clinic Code

  • Responsible Clinician

  • Location

  • Date

๐Ÿ“„ How to view patients in a Clinic

Click View patients

You'll then see all of the patients booked into that clinic and their appointment time. Each patient in the Clinic List will also have the type of appointment tagged to their appointment time, e.g. Virtual admin and Follow up telephone or telemedicine consultation

๐Ÿ“„ How to Contact patients

To send a message to an individual patient before the appointment click Contact > Message patient to take you to the Compose SMS screen.

To send a message to multiple patients in the Clinic list, click Send batch message.

Here, you'll have the option to Select Patients you want to send the message to. You can either Select patients individually by ticking the box next to their name or click Select all patients > Continue

You'll then be able to Review the patient list before taking you to the compose screen.

Once you've composed the message, click Send.
