  1. Sign up or log in to Accurx Web using your NHS.net or NHS.uk email address

  2. If you have not yet set up account security, Set up 2 Factor Authentication when prompted. Note: You are allowed to skip this step, however, you won't be able to access all Accurx Web features, like the shared inbox, record view, or patient lists.

  1. Choose your preferred method of account security: mobile phone or alternative email address and enter your phone number or email address accordingly.

  2. Enter the code sent to your mobile phone or alternative email address

  3. Success! You've set up your account security and can start using Accurx Web. You may choose to remember your account security for a period of 30 days.

Note: Be careful not to use the 'Remember me' feature in situations where you share multiple logins per device with your colleagues.

  4. Once two-factor authentication is set up, you'll need it to log in each time you use Accurx Web unless you select the remember me option.
