Currently, we can only support our integrated Vision product for AEROS sites in England. If you are a LAN site please get in touch with your IT provider to see if they can install Accurx for you.
In the meantime, you can use our standalone web product, which allows you to text and call patients by searching for their NHS number๐
AEROS sites
We offer Accurx Lite for free for all users to use, but Vision will charge you a ยฃ150 enablement fee. If you'd like to purchase any of our Accurx Paid features, including the attached document, allow patients to respond and Video you'll find the costings outlined here: https://info.visionhealth.co.uk/accurx which includes a license fee + enablement fee + SMS costs. This enablement fee would be paid to Vision, not Accurx ๐
If you have paid this enablement fee but have not heard back from Vision to install Accurx please email support@accurx.com with the following details so we can chase this up for you!
That you are an AEROS site and would like to get Accurx installed
Your practice's ODS code
Your practice's Vision number
Your practice's full address
LAN Sites
If your IT team can install Accurx for your practice, you'll have access to Accurx Lite. We have a guide for IT professionals here.
Accurx Paid features
Once you're able to get Accurx installed you'll have access to Accurx free version, which includes the following ๐
Request a text/photo response and Attach a document - Limited to 20 per practice per week
SMS a patient - Limited to 300 texts per user per day. ( Users can send Accurx Lite Floreys as long as it's within the limit of 300)
There are other premium products available for purchase as part of Accurx Paid features. To access Accurx Paid features, you must pay the annual licence fees, you can see more information about our pricing and costs here in this article.
Unfortunately as of right now, we cannot support the following for Vision:
Self-Book (individual and batch)
Appointment reminders
Sending messages through Batch messaging works for Vision, however, writing back to the record for batch messaging we cannot support.
Those who use Vision will still be able to use Accurx to send Batch Messages in bulk (don't need to send the messages separately) but if the practices would like to add a SNOMED code to the batch message they are sending they would have to add the SNOMED code 1 by 1 into the clinical record, which technically is the same with sending a 1:1 message.
If you have any other concerns or queries please drop us a message using the green button on the bottom right-hand side of your page ๐
