How am I notified when I receive a reply via email?

The user who sent the email will be notified if they receive a reply. A red notification will appear over the email icon indicating a new incoming reply. 

To review the response, the user can click on the email icon, this will open up the practice inbox where all open email threads are shown. Any email threads which have received a reply will be marked with a red notification icon on the left hand side menu. 

Although only the original sender receives a notification, anyone at the practice can review and action emails in the Practice Inbox by opening the email icon. This displays all emails sent and received by the practice and means that emails can be actioned, for example, if the original sender is away.
