This article talks about how to see the number of fragments and SMS messages sent by your organisation.
The data begins on 23rd August 2023.
The data can be broken down by the products used by the organisation.
What are fragments?
When an SMS is sent via Accurx, although it appears as 1 message to the user and the patient, it is split into chunks of around 160 characters, each chunk is called a fragment.
Where is the Fragments Usage dashboard?
Click on your initials on the Accurx Toolbar.
Click on 'Manage Organisation'.
Click 'Usage Dashboard' under 'Organisation'.
Select the tab 'Fragment Usage' to show the fragments dashboard for the organisation you're working from
Who can view the Dashboard?
Only Approved users can view the Fragments Dashboard. β
How does the Dashboard work?
This dashboard shows your organisation's fragment usage over the last 3 months starting from 23rd August 2023 (we arenβt able to show fragment data earlier than this date).
You can select a date range that will show you the fragment data for the selected period π
The overview shows the following for the period selected:
Number of messages for given date range
Number of fragments for given date range
You can break down the data by product to view the trends of fragments used by the product by day π
The products you can view are:
Accubook - COVID vaccine booking product π
Appointment Reminders - Automated reminder functionality for face-to-face and telephone appointments
Batch Messaging - Ability to send a message on mass to a cohort of patients
Booking - Send a 1-to-1 or Batch booking link for patients to self-book into an appointment
Florey Questionnaire - Structured patient questionnaires
Patient Triage - Online consultation form for patients to submit requests
SMS π²
Video π€³ - Initiate a video consultation with a patient
Other - Messages such as 2-factor authentication messages sent to patients

When looking at the trends, the data will be made up of fragment data from the time range you have selected so make sure you have the correct date range.
