What is Accurx Video?

Video reduces the need for face-to-face consultations, whilst allowing clinicians to provide that personal-touch when consulting with patients remotely:

  • Patient doesn’t need to take time off work, travel to your organisations site and wait for appointment in the waiting room

  • Can invite up to 100 people onto a video call, allowing for more collaborative virtual care

  • The option to send video consultation links via email or phone increases accessibility to the product

  • The feature is very simple to use with no need for the patient to download an app or create a login

Getting started with Video

  • Get started by going to a test patient and clicking the video icon on your Accurx toolbar. You can overwrite the test patient's mobile with your own if you'd like to see the how this works from the patient's perspective.
