Message Patient is a powerful part of the Accurx Desktop toolbar, allowing you to quickly send messages to the patient you’ve selected in EMIS or SystmOne.

Message Patient can be used to send advice, notify a patient of normal results, remind them to book appointments, leave a message if you fail to get through and more! Everything you send is saved back to the medical record.

By default, all texts sent out via Accurx Desktop do not allow patients to reply. However, in Accurx Desktop, you can choose to allow a patient to reply to a specific text.
