The Accurx app makes communication for NHS healthcare professionals easier. Allowing you to use Scribe, Message Patient, Message GP and the Inbox.
The Accurx app includes a range of new features, which vary slightly depending on whether you're a GP or a Trust user. One feature that's available to both is Scribe.
What are the main features of the Accurx app?
Message Patient
This feature allows you to quickly and easily send messages to patients directly within the app. It's a straightforward process designed to make patient communication more efficient.
Message GP*
Message GP allows you to send messages about a patient directly to their GP practice without having to look up any contact details.
Inbox
It allows you to send and receive messages from patients and GPs, manage referrals, handle appointment notes and share prescriptions. Need to follow up on a patient's care or flag an urgent message? The Inbox ensures that nothing gets missed, helping you stay organised and in control.
Scribe
Scribe is our new feature that lets you live-time audio transcribe clinical conversations, helping you save time on admin.
Directory*
This is where you can find all the phone numbers, extensions and bleeps for your hospital.

What is Scribe?
Scribe is a brand-new feature we've added to the app that helps you save time on documentation by transcribing and summarising clinical conversations in real-time. This is designed to take the pressure off your admin so you can focus on care.
What can it do?
Transcribe and summarise in real-time - during patient consultations, Scribe captures the conversation and instantly turns it into a summary, saving you time on writing up notes.
Reduce time spent on documentation - edit, copy or save the summary using your voice and use it to update a patient's record, saving you time on admin.
Use it flexibly - whether you're working in a GP practice or on a hospital ward, it's designed to work across different care settings.
Within Accurx, you just click on the 'Start' button to begin Scribing, and the app then transcribes your consultation and summarises it for you 👇
