Here is a step-by-step guide on how to navigate the inbox to view historical messages
The Inbox at a glance
My Inbox
Contains any ongoing, open conversations. There is also a tab to see your 'done' conversations for conversations that have been marked as done.
Sent and Scheduled
Contains any messages you have sent to patients in one easy-to-find place. You can see the date and time a message was sent.
If you hover over the 2 ticks, this will provide the exact Sent and Delivered dates 👇
How do I view a specific patient's message history
⚠️ Please note - You’ll need to repeat this process every time you want to see a different patient messages.
Select 'Search patient' in the top left-hand 👇
Search for your patient
Click 'View conversations'
Alternatively, you can select "View profile" and then "View conversations" from there:
