Appointment Reminders allows you to set up automated messages to remind patients about upcoming appointments. They currently do not save to the medical record.
You'll notice you now have the option for Sent Reminders within the Appointment Reminders set-up page (shown below). This will show a list of all of the appointment reminders that have been sent out.
On this page, you are able to see the patient's name and NHS number, the appointment time and date, and the status of the reminder. You are also able to search for a patients name or NHS number and filter this view for the following options:
You'll also notice there is now a tab called Cancelled. This will show a list of the patients who have cancelled their appointment via the cancellation link sent in the appointment reminder. When a patient uses this link to cancel, they will be automatically removed from their appointment in EMIS/SystmOne.
This table will show you the patient's details and the time and date of the appointment cancelled. ๐

Have you made any recent changes to the slot type?
This would have to be exactly what is shown in the template under the 'Manage Templates' section. We queue reminders to go out 24 hours before so might not have picked up these changes.
Were any changes made to the slot type in the appointment book after the appointment was booked?
