If when logging in, resetting your password or managing your practice account you see an error message like the following:

HTTP/1.1 500 Connection reset by peerAn error occurred while handling your requestSOPHOSUTM Web Protection

it is likely because your computer is not being allowed to access the Accurx Desktop website by a firewall on your network.

To resolve this, please could you send this article and a screenshot to your IT Manager or IT Provider and ask them to configure the firewall so that it does not block our website.
