Sometimes we see this error if .NET is not working properly on your computer. .NET is a standard Microsoft framework that Accurx Desktop requires.

How to fix this:

1. Uninstall .NET from your computer

2. Reinstall it from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net472-web-installer

3. Restart your computer

Note: Sometimes .NET will ask if you would like to repair it. It is important that you do not choose this option and that you completely uninstall .NET and then reinstall it.
