Where a message is being sent between the hours of 6pm and 9am, a little tick box will appear that defaults to sending the message at 9am. This means if you are texting a patient at 10pm and you hit send, Chain will schedule the message to send at 9am the next working morning. We also adjust for weekends and bank holidays. This means that patients will receive their message in working hours 😊
