This feature is available to Accurx Desktop with access to Patient Triage.
Only Accurx users with 'Admin' status can customise Patient Triage settings.
Currently, it's not possible to amend the sections under medical and admin requests (except Repeat prescription under admin and Self-referral on the main page).
However, there are a number of settings that can be amended. π
Availability of the form:
Form hours and request limits
Within this section of the settings, you can decide the following π
Give the medical and admin forms separate opening hours.
Set a daily limit on how many Patient Triage requests you can receive each day and which form types count toward that limit.
Suspend Patient Triage
The Temporary Suspend feature can help practices manage demand and reduce the risk of your practice feeling overwhelmed.
Custom messaging
You can customise Patient Triage to include your own wording on some parts of the form. π
The sections that can be customised are π
Forms available message (shown when both your medical and admin forms are turned on.)
Form submitted
Confirmation message shown when patients have submitted their request
Proxy text message confirmation
Form unavailable
Outside of form hours message (shown when one or both of your admin/medical forms are turned off or outside of the hours you set.)
Limit reached message
Suspended patient triage message

Routine care
The Routine Care form can be switched off via the Patient Triage settings under 'Forms' π
Repeat prescriptions
If you have a repeat prescriptions service already in place, you can customise Patient Triage so that patients are signposted to the existing service.
By default, the option to show repeat prescriptions to patients is turned off.
Patient self-referral
This feature allowed you to add an option to your form, allowing patients to see a list of local services they can get in touch with directly π₯
