In Accurx Web, you can navigate to your inbox "Conversations" tab to view all communication between your organisation and GP practices about patients.
To get started, you'll need to select "Conversations" on the left-hand side panel. To open up your inbox.
You'll now see two options, one for patient communication at the top and conversations with other organisations at the bottom.
To view your conversations with other healthcare organisations, please select "Conversations with Care Providers" at the bottom of the list.
In this section of the inbox, you'll have the option to:
View your conversations with the GP practice (My inbox)
View the organisations' conversations with GP practices (All conversations)
When opening up a sent message, you can assign the conversation to another colleague in the top right corner. You can also close the conversation by selecting "Mark done".
