π This is what the inbox looks like at a glance π
π₯ Conversations have been split up into 2 separate folders in your inbox:
Assigned to:
These are conversations that have been assigned to you. Here you have an "Open" folder where you can see your active conversations and a "Done" folder of conversations you've previously dealt with. This will help to keep the inbox clean.
π When clicking into a conversation, you'll be able to reply directly to the patient and continue to see your conversation history. π
π₯ We've added the option for you to click on "Use message template" which will then take you to the Message patient templates page.
β¬οΈ Here, you have the option to search for your templates, create new templates, preview and also use them in the message you're currently composing.
π₯ Once the message has been sent you'll have the option to click "Get a copy" which will copy the message to your clipboard allowing you to save it to the Electronic Patient Record.
π₯ When you've finished with a patient conversation you can mark your conversation as "Done". To do this, click into the conversation in the "Open" folder and click "Mark as done"
π₯ This conversation will then appear in the "Done" folder.
ποΈ Any messages that haven't had any activity i.e. a patient hasn't replied/ clinician hasn't sent a message in the last 30 days is auto marked as "Done".
π₯ It's possible to click into the conversation in the "Done" folder, however, the option to respond won't be there and this message below will appear instead π
π₯ To re-open the conversation to send a message, simply click Re-open at the top right-hand corner.
