My Inbox

Contains any ongoing, open conversations. There is also a tab to see your 'done' conversations.

Sent and Scheduled

Contains any messages you have sent to patients in one easy-to-find place. Scheduled messages are a feature that is coming soon.

Opening a conversation and replying to a patient

When clicking into an open conversation, you'll be able to reply to the patient and scroll through the conversation to view previous messages. πŸ‘‡

You will also have the ability to send a templated message, by clicking on Reply to patient >'Templates' you will see a list of pre-set messages for you to choose from πŸ‘‡

TIP: Clicking on 'create and manage templates' takes you to the template section to create new or amend existing templates.

TIP: You can change the recipient's number by clicking on the pencil next to the 'To:' You can also opt to email the patient as well.

Once you've sent your message, you'll see the button 'Get a copy'. This will save a copy of the message to your clipboard allowing you to paste and save it into your Electronic Patient Record. πŸ‘‡

When you're happy you're finished with your conversation you can then press 'Mark done'. This will then move the conversation to the 'Done' tab. πŸ‘‡

TIP: Any messages that haven't had recent activity (e.g. the patient hasn't responded or you haven't sent them a message) will be auto-marked as 'Done' after 30 days.

NEW FEATURE

The small flag button can be used to mark a conversation as 'urgent' and will move that conversation to the top of your inbox queue.

NEW FEATURE

The small speech bubble button will mark your conversation as 'unread'. This will be useful if you open the conversation by accident but don't want to work on it right now. Giving you peace of mind work will not be missed.

Re-opening a closed conversation

If you want to re-open a conversation, just go to the 'Done' tab and click ' βœ…Done'. It will re-open the conversation in the 'Open' tab for you to carry on communicating with your patient πŸ‘‡
