1. Sign up or log in to Accurx Web using your NHS.net or NHS.uk email address
2. If you have not yet set up account security, set up two-factor authentication when prompted as shown below 👇 You can use either your mobile number to receive a code via SMS, or set up the authenticator app to receive a code via the app.
SMS: Add a mobile number as the account's security method.
(Please note: The mobile number will only be used to authenticate your login. No other users or patients will be able to see this.)
Authenticator app: Set up the authenticator app as the account's security method. We recommend using this method if your mobile number struggles to receive SMS messages due to network issues.
3. Once you've authenticated using one of the two authentication methods, your account security is set up and you can start using Accurx. You may choose to remember your account security for a period of 30 days.
Note: Be careful not to use the 'Remember me' feature in situations where you share multiple logins per device with your colleagues.
