Attaching documents to text messages 📎
When sending a message to a patient, you can attach a document from your Desktop. To find out more on how to do this, click here.
Managing patient responses 📁
All patient responses to messages or to questionnaires will be received in your Accurx toolbar. Click here to see how to manage these.
Sending messages patients can respond to with a photo & text 📸
You can choose to send a message to a patient to allow them to respond. They can send back photos or write a note. Click here to find out how to send these types of messages.
Conducting video consultations
You can choose to have a video consultation with your patients. To find out how to do this, click here.
Please note that in Vision, you cannot launch a video consultation in the AEROS environment. You must copy the link to the video consultation and open it in your desktop browser. Clicking on the 'Join video consultation now' button won't work.
