Message GP practice is a feature of Accurx Switch that allows you to send messages about a patient directly to their GP practice without having to look up any contact details.
How does it work?
Message GP practice lets you send messages about a patient to a patient's GP practice easily from either your mobile or desktop.
We use the Personal Demographics Service to identify the patient's GP practice.
Message GP practice will be available if it has been enabled for the patient's GP practice.
These messages will be sent to the Accurx inbox for the GP practice. They can be saved directly to the patient record in one-click, including attachments.
The GP practice will receive a notification of a new message.
All responses come back to your NHS email address.
