We've redesigned Accurx to make it easier to get around, and to enable you to message patients and healthcare professionals faster.
Whatโs Changed?
Your landing screen
Previously you would have landed here when you logged into Accurx Web ๐
Now when you open Accurx Web, youโll land straight in your Inbox ๐ฅ Just like before, this is where you can manage your conversations.
And you can easily switch over to Lists, where you can upload and message lists of patients, view your clinics and send batch messages.
Sending out messages ๐ฌ
All your messaging options can be accessed from the โNewโ button in the top left-hand corner of Accurx Web. From the drop-down menu, you can message a patient, send a video consultation link, message another healthcare practitioner (commonly known as Message GP), or send a batch message if this feature is available for your organisation. This should make it easier for you to send messages in a few clicks! Previously the four message areas were separated across Accurx Web.
To the right of โNewโ, youโll see a message icon. You can use this to message a patient in just one click ๐ฌ You no longer need to search by the patient's d/o/b ๐ you'll just need their NHS number to start a message!
Creating a message
Once you've searched for your patient, you'll be taken to the "New Message" screen. From here you can select a template or questionnaire (in the drop-down below the patient details), allow reply, attach documents and try our new schedule messages feature to save time communicating with patients๐
Looking up patient details
You can now search for a patient using the search button in the top left corner.๐
This will bring up a search page where you can search with just the patient's NHS number or do a more advanced search ๐
Making changes to your account
Click on the name of your workspace to access settings, like editing templates or changing your message signature. ๐
The 'Workspace' section will take you to workspace-specific settings like the name of your workspace, inviting colleagues, and switching on/off message notifications for different teams ๐ which is a new feature ๐คฉ
In the 'Account' section you can change personal settings like your message signature, security and access to different workspaces ๐
Switching Workspaces
You can now switch workspace (your organisations in Accurx) using the switch button in the top right corner๐
If you click the arrows, this should present you with a drop-down list to select your other workspaces or join a new one.
