When a patient requests an amendment to their appointment, these requests will land in your team’s Accurx inbox. This article will walk you through how to action these requests.
1️⃣ Log in to https://web.accurx.com/login
2️⃣ Verify your identity if you haven’t done so already with 2 Factor Authentication. You should have set up 2FA using your mobile phone number or an alternative email address to your NHS address. If not, please set this up to access all the features here.
3️⃣ In the bottom top right-hand of the screen, click on the name of your Workspace then > 'Settings'
4️⃣ Click on 'Reminders' to take you to take you to the Appointment Reminders page. Here, you can find the reminder you would like to edit, and click on the ‘Edit’ button.
5️⃣ This will then take you to a page that has details for the appointment reminder pre-filled. Here you can make whatever edit you’d like to the appointment reminder. 👇
6️⃣ Once you’ve finished making edits, you click ‘Update reminder’ at the bottom of the page and that will start sending out the amended appointment reminders.
