What is the Clinic List?

You can now see your clinic lists in the Accurx app, so you can run your clinic from your phone. Find your clinic, tap a patient and use your phone to record the consultation, with their details already attached. Accurx Scribe then generates your note and any documents you need, such as letters.

To save your note and letters to the record and send them on, you’ll need to use Accurx Web. More on this below.

📄 How to access your Clinic List

Open the Accurx app and log in as usual.
Tap Lists in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
You’ll see your clinics under Upcoming clinics, grouped by date. Tap Past clinics to see clinics that have already happened.

📄 How to filter your Clinic List

You can narrow down your clinics using the filters at the top of the screen. You can filter by:

Clinic Code
Clinician or department
Location
Date

📄 How to view patients in a clinic

Tap the clinic you’d like to open.

You’ll see all the patients booked into that clinic, with their appointment time and type. You can sort the list by date or surname.

📄 How to start scribing a consultation

Tap the patient you’d like to scribe.
Check the correct patient details are showing. These are attached automatically, so you don’t need to search for the patient.
Start your Scribe. Your phone will record the consultation.
When you’ve finished, Scribe generates your note. You can also create any documents you need, such as letters.
Tap back to return to your clinic list, ready for the next patient.

💡 Tip: If you leave the app mid-consultation, your Scribe will pick up where you left off when you come back.

📄 Saving and sending in Accurx Web (the desktop version)

Your consultation, note and any letters are automatically available in Accurx Web on your computer. You’ll need to open them there to:

Save your note and letters to the patient’s record
Send letters to the GP, the patient or a colleague

⚠️ Nothing is saved to the record or sent from the Accurx app. Make sure you finish each consultation in Accurx Web.

Offline mode: you’ll need a signal or Wi-Fi connection to use Clinic Lists in the app

❓ Frequently asked questions

Can I save to record or send letters from the app?

Not yet. The app records the consultation and generates your note and letters. You’ll then need to open the consultation in Accurx Web to save to record and send letters on.

Why can't I see my clinics?

Clinic Lists are only available for specialties whose clinics come through to Accurx. If you can’t see yours, get in touch with our support team and we’ll check for you.

Is this the same list as in Accurx Web?

Yes. It’s the same clinic list you see in Accurx Web, just designed for your phone.
