Setting Core Hours and Daily Request Limits

Please note: Only Accurx admins at your organisation will be able to amend the Patient Triage settings

  1. Click on the settings cog on the toolbar, then 'Settings'.

  2. On the left-hand side panel, click Patient Triage > Settings.

  3. In the 'General out of hours and limit settings' section, click the 'Edit' button.

  4. Here you can set:

    • Your core hours

    • Your daily request limit

    • What requests you allow out of core hours

    • What types of requests count towards the daily limit

Make sure to click 'Save' after you have picked your settings!

What do patients see when its out of core hours or the daily limit has been reached?

You can customise the message that patients see when its out of hours or the daily limit has been reached! Please see this article to find out more.

Below shows the default message patients will see when they try to access the Patient Triage form once the daily limit has been reached. πŸ‘‡

FAQs

  1. Reception Flow does count towards the limit. However, once the limit is reached, users will still be able to submit Reception Flow requests.

  2. The limit does not apply to out-of-hours - it only applies to core hours.

  3. The limit can include both medical and admin requests, or just medical (allowing patients to submit admin requests beyond the limit).

  4. If you don't set core hours on a given day, you won't be able to set a daily limit. If you set core hours, there can either be no limit, or it can be a discrete number you have chosen (between β‰₯1 and ≀9999).

  5. Once the limit has been hit, no new patients will be able to access the form, and they will see a customisable message on the landing page of the form. If a patient already started the form, before the limit was reached, they will still be able to submit the form.

  6. You can't have separate/multiple opening times during the day.

  7. You can't split the open hours to create a lunch break or split the open hours.

  8. You can't set different core hours for the admin and medical forms. You can close the medical form and have the admin form open during out of hours, however you cant close the admin form at a specific time after the medical from has closed.
