Patient lists helps you save patient searches in a list, without having to search for these patients each time.

Patient Lists is an Accurx Web feature that allows you to add multiple patients to a list without having to type their NHS number and date of birth each time! As well as join a call, share a list with a colleague, send a message, and much more all at the click of a button!

You can set this up directly in Accurx Web, here's how:

2️⃣ Verify your identity if you haven’t done so already with 2 Factor Authentication. You should have set up 2FA using your mobile phone number or an alternative email address to your NHS address. If not, please set this up to access all the features here.

3️⃣ Click Patients > Patient lists

How do I create a new list?

1️⃣ To create a new list, click Create new list in the top right hand corner.

2️⃣ You will need to name your new list.

3️⃣ Click Save and your list has been created!

4️⃣ To add patients to the list, click Start adding patients.

5️⃣ To add patients individually, input their NHS Number and Date of Birth.

How do I add multiple patients to my list?

Upload a spreadsheet (CSV file) containing patients from your patient administration system (PAS).

Your CSV file should contain two columns named:

  • NHS number

  • Date of Birth

Files can have a maximum of 50 patients.

It's also possible to include dates and times in the spreadsheet to create scheduled appointments for each patient. To find out more about how to do this, please click here. 👈

How do I remove patients from my list?

To remove patients from your list, simply click on the three dots next to 'Contact' then click 'Remove from list'.

How to delete a list?

Select the list you'd like to delete, click 'More' in the top right-hand corner then 'Delete list'

How can I order my list?

Click on the drop-down menu under 'Sorted by' and select the option that works for you.

How can I share my list?

  1. Click on ‘More’ next to the List title

  2. Select share List

  3. Add the email address of the person you want to share the list with

  4. Click share
