What is accuBook and how does it ?

accuBook is a simple product built to help you manage appointments for your organisation's part in the Covid-19 vaccination programme.

  • The lead site sets up the site info, invites practices to participate, and then creates clinics to book patients into.

  • Each invited organisation can then invite their own patients.

  • Patients can book themselves in with a link sent by SMS, or practices can manually book patients in.

  • Appointment confirmation & reminders are sent to patients via text.

  • Practices can easily view which patients have booked, have not yet booked, declined the vaccine, and those who need to be manually booked in.
