1. Log in
Log in to Accurx Desktop as usual.
Click on your initials in the toolbar → Manage Organisation
You will see a section headed ‘AccuBook' - select 'Booked patients'
2. Vaccine delivery booked list
You will then see a list of all of your clinics. If you need any help getting your clinics set up, then please read this article.
This list details the day the clinic is booked in for, the start and end time, the total capacity of the session, how many patients are booked into slot, and how many are still available.
From this page, you can then click into any of your clinics to see the patients booked in, or export a csv of the details of the patients booked into that clinic. The csv will look something like this:
3. Vaccine delivery day
Once you click 'View Clinic' you'll see the details of each of the patients booked into your clinic. You can also mark them as 'Arrived' on the right-hand side, which you could use to help you manage DNAs.
Currently, you aren't able to cancel any patients from this view - to do this, please head back to your Manage Organisation page and select 'Invite patients and manage bookings'.
