You can get an overview of all Accurx messages relating to a patient.
To do this, open the patient in EMIS/SystmOne, click the inbox icon on the toolbar, and then click on the name of the patient under "EMIS Patient" / "SystmOne Patient."
Messages are sorted chronologically by most recent action in the "Open" and "Done" sections. "Open" means any conversations that are currently active in your practice for that patient. "Done" means any conversations that have been marked as Done (including Sent and Scheduled messages).
If you click "Create new ticket..." at the top this will open up the SMS compose screen within the Inbox.
