This article talks about a feature of accuRx Chain, our toolbar for EMIS/SystmOne.

If you're sending a message between the hours of 7.30pm and 7.30am, a little tick box will appear that defaults to sending the message at 7.30am. This means if you are texting a patient at 10pm and you hit send, Chain will schedule the message to send at 7.30am the next working morning. We also adjust for weekends and bank holidays. This means that patients will receive their message in working hours 😊

If you wish to send the message now, you can just untick this box!

Pathways: scheduling for a future date
