This article talks about a feature of Accurx Desktop, our toolbar for EMIS/SystmOne.
If you're sending a message out of hours (between the hours of 7.30pm and 7.30am) The 'Send now' button will default to 'Send tomorrow at 8am'. We also applied this for weekends and bank holidays. This means that patients will receive their message during working hours 😊
If you wish to send the message now, you can change this by clicking the down arrow on the 'Send tomorrow at 8am' and changing it to 'Now' like shown below 👇
Pathways: scheduling for a future date
