This article talks about a feature of our Accurx Desktop toolbar for EMIS/SystmOne/Vision organisations.

The message signature is what appears at the bottom of text messages and emails to patients and Accumail emails.

You can customise your sign-off from the default 'Thanks, <your name>'. To do this:

1. Click on the settings cog on the Accurx toolbar and then select 'Settings'

2. Select the 'Account' option on the left, and then 'Message signature' in the drop-down πŸ‘‡. Change as desired and click 'Set signature' to save this change.

Please note that if this is left blank, it will automatically select the name on the account as the signature.

If you still have any questions or concerns, feel free to chat with us using the green message bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of this page. πŸ‘‰
