How your organisation name appears at the bottom of the SMS is taken from EMIS.
(Note: if your organisation uses SystmOne, please follow the steps in this article. If your organisation uses Vision, please follow the steps in this article.)
To change your organisation name in your text messages:
In the EMIS menu, click 'Configuration', then 'Organisation Configuration'
2. Click 'Organisation' in the bottom left corner
3. Right click on your organisation name in the list and click 'Edit'
4. In the 'Organisation name (business)' field edit your organisation name and click 'OK' at the bottom to save it.
Close and reopen EMIS to see the change applied.
