Accurx & Vision is now fully integrated! πŸŽ‰ Practices using Vision can now make the most of our full suite of features and our time-saving integration.

What is included in the new integration with Vision?

Accurx Messages via Mail Manager

For practices that work as part of a Federation, and use the Federation Locum user type, your Accurx messages may be received via the Vision Mail Manager, when the Federated Locum user is logged in/sending messages.

The messages come via the Mail Manager as per the new Vision integration.

What does this mean? πŸ€”

βœ… Vision has confirmed that if you can see Accurx messages via Vision Mail Manager, this behaviour is what is expected, and the integration is working as expected.

We've received feedback and raised this with Vision. The development work has been added an item to their backlog to look into.

Advice from Vision

Vision have suggested that the Locum Federated user can be re-named to your preferred name in the Vision 3 Control Panel.

From Vision: These users were already created for the practices when involved in a federated environment. Federations are created when a group of practices use our shared care solution.

If you are using alternative software with Vision, and the messages don't come back in the same format (i.e. via Mail Manager), this is likely to be because the supplier is using a legacy integration. Should that supplier's integration be upgraded to the newer integration in Vision, messages will appear in the Mail Manager in the same format as Accurx messages.
