It's rare, but we occasionally have incidents where our Accurx <> EMIS/SystmOne connection breaks down πŸ™

In a case where you can't use the Accurx toolbar, here are a couple of things you can do to ensure that your Patient Triage requests don't get missed.

Suspending Patient Triage

You don't need access to the toolbar to pause inbound requests. In order to access your Patient triage settings, you can...

  1. Click this link: web.accurx.com/practices (πŸ’‘add this to your bookmarks for future use!)

  2. Log in using your email address and password as shown below.

  3. Choose the organisation you want to access the settings of.

  4. Click the Patient Triage settings option as shown below πŸ‘‡

  5. Scroll to the very bottom of the settings page.

  6. Follow steps 3-5 of the article below πŸ‘‡

Check for urgent requests

You may want to check if any patients have submitted urgent requests during this time.

You can access your 'To Assign' inbox to check for any urgent requests over on our browser-based product at web.accurx.com.

Please note that messages sent using Accurx Web will not save to the medical record and they will need to be saved to the record manually.

If you still have any questions or concerns, feel free to chat with us using the green message bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of this page. πŸ‘‰
