πŸ› οΈ We're working on rolling this out to practices gradually so you'll see this shiny new icon on your own toolbar soon 🌟

What is the Toolbar Directory?

The toolbar directory in Accurx desktop offers users access to a collection of healthcare organisation contacts they can reach out to in regards to a patient's healthcare. The Toolbar Directory icon is placed just before your Inbox icon and just after the Accumail logo on your Accurx Desktop toolbar as show in the gif below πŸ‘‡

When you open the directory, you'll have the option to search for contacts, add contacts, edit contacts, and email those contacts via Accumail. Find out more about managing your contacts in this article.

Sending an email

You can send an email to the selected contact by simply clicking the blue "Send Email" button. This will then redirect you to Accumail to send the email. You can find out more on how to compose an email from Accumail in this article here. The gif below also shows you how to do this πŸ‘‡

Non-delivery receipt (NDR):

We hide contacts if they return a non-delivery receipt (NDR) and we'll remove this contact from your directory. However, we don’t block you from trying to message them if you wish to do so. Non-delivery receipts happen if the email address entered is incorrect, the inbox is full or the email address no longer exists.

If you still have any questions or concerns, feel free to chat with us using the green message bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of this page. πŸ‘‰
