In Accurx Web, you can change your personal account name and message signature in the settings. You can also manage your security and sign out whenever you have Accurx open, including on Web, Desktop, and other computers.
1️⃣ In the top right-hand, click on the settings icon, then click on Settings.
2️⃣ Next, click Account on the left-hand side.
3️⃣ To change the personal name on your account, click Name and Email.
Here you will be able to change the personal name on your account. You will also be shown the email on your account; however, users currently aren't able to change the email of their Accurx Web account 😔
If you need to change the email address on your account, you will need to make a new account with your new email address.
Please note: This is not the same as changing your workspace name. Changing your workspace name will depend on your type of organisation:
Accurx Desktop users:
Accurx Web users:
Trust and pharmacy users can reach out to our support team to amend the name of the trust or pharmacy workspace.
4️⃣ To change the personal message signature on your account, click on Message signature 👇 Change as desired and click 'Set signature'.
This personal message signature will be added to all messages you send through Accurx Web, including any message templates. Your workspace name will be added to the end of the message, after your personal message signature.
5️⃣ Within the settings, you can also sign out of everywhere you are logged into Accurx by clicking on Security.
By clicking on Sign out everywhere, you will be logged out of anywhere you are logged in on Accurx, including Web, Desktop and any other computers you may have been logged in on.
