Step-by-step guide on how to change your settings on your Accurx Web account.

In Accurx Web, it's possible to change your name and your message signature within the settings. You are also able to manage your security and sign out whenever you have Accurx open, including the web, desktop and other computers.

1️⃣ In the bottom left-hand corner, click Account.

2️⃣ Next, click Account in the drop down options.

3️⃣ To change the name on your account, click Name and Email.

Here you will be able to change the name on your account. You will also be shown the email on your account, however, you won't be able to change this. If you need to change the email on your account, you will need to make a new account with your new email address.

4️⃣ To change the email signature on your account, click on Message Signature.

This signature will be added to all messages you send through Accurx Web, including any message templates. Your organisation name will be added to the end of the message, after your name.

5️⃣ Within the settings, you can also sign out of everywhere you are logged into Accurx by clicking on Security.

By clicking on Sign out everywhere, you will be logged out of anywhere you are logged in on Accurx, including Web, Desktop and any other computers you may have been logged in on.
