This article talks about a feature of Accurx Desktop with EMIS/SystmOne/Vision.
You can see how many texts are being sent in your practice and users under the 'Team Usage' page.
1. Click on the settings cog on the Accurx Desktop toolbar, and then 'Settings'.
2. On the web page it opens, click 'Reporting', then select 'Team usage'.
This will open a page where you can see a breakdown of messages (single messages, multiple messages, Questionnaires, Video consultations, total messages) sent by each member of your organisation!
Please note: The 'Team usage' page includes data on messages sent by SMS and email.
For more detailed organisation usage of each product, you can access the in-product reporting dashboards by clicking on 'Fragments' under 'Reporting', then accessing the 'Message Usage' tab. This article has more information on this feature.
