How can accounts support practices throughout the Implementation period - What training resources can you share with practices, as a commissioning body?
There are a variety of ways that you can support your practices with the Implementation of any Accurx product, this can include:
Email - Letting practices know via your current communication channels what products they have access to. This could be a newsletter or general email updates
Define a ‘Go Live’ date - we have found that practices often find it helpful to have a clear deadline of when they need to start using all new products. If you can define a ‘Go Live’ date ahead of the implementation period, we find there is often an increase in adoption.
Online - Share details on your internal web pages
Speaking opportunities - Inviting Accurx to a Practice Managers meeting. This is a fast and effective way to make sure all practices know what they currently can use and ask any questions
Share Accurx training resources:
Learn from other practices via case studies on Patient Triage and Video and FAQs
Train the Trainer sessions - you have access to 2 Train the Trainer sessions during your implementation period. Make sure to get those booked in and encourage anyone involved in digital support to attend, this could be your GPIT leads, CSU Teams or Business Analysts.
What is an implementation period?
The Implementation Period is a defined training and support period for practices at the start of your contract with Accurx. Implementation Periods vary in length depending on the products that have been procured and can be between 2-6 weeks in length.
During the Implementation period practices will:
Have weekly email guidance on getting started with new features and what to try next
After the Implementation period, our Implementation Specialists will continue to support practices with their new products and features. Practices will also always have access to:
Support from Implementation Specialists via customer.success@accurx.com
Learn from other practices via case studies on Patient Triage and Video and FAQs
