Can I add more practices to my pre-existing contract that’s in place with Accurx?
Yes, you can. You will need to sign a Contract Variation with us, which will detail which new Service Recipients you want to add and how that changes the annual value of the License Fees.
If adding new Service Recipients changes the total patient list size and takes you into the next threshold (0-15,000; 15,000-90,000; 90,000+) then we will charge the new and reduced License Fee for all Service Recipients from the date that the Variation is signed.
The contract and the Variation will terminate on the termination date stated in the original Call-Off Order Form.
We try to process Variations as quickly as possible and aim to have them sent to you within 72 hours.
Given that we need you to sign a new document each time you vary the contract, we ask that you group additional practices and submit variation requests no more frequently than monthly.
Which frameworks can I purchase Accurx products from?
As a commissioner, you can procure Accurx products under NHS Digital’s Digital Care Services Catalogue. A number of frameworks sit underneath the catalogue for you to procure from:

Can I set up short-term contracts with Accurx?
Yes, you can.
There are two mechanisms to do this:
You can either submit a Direct Award order through the Buying Catalogue provided that the total value of the contract is <£40k excluding VAT. Instructions on what you need to do can be found here.
Please note that in the Beta Version of the Buying Catalogue order processes, there is no section to confirm an end date but you can let us know via email when you send us your Order and we will include it in the Call Off Order Form (the part of the contract that we will both sign).
You can also sign a private contract with us outside of the Catalogue.
What discounts can Accurx offer me?
We offer discounts based on the size of the patient population you are purchasing for. There are three tiers, with the first tier being the most expensive and the third tier being the cheapest. When we quote you a price, it is one number based on the average price per patient after we have done these calculations. The tiers are:
Low band: fewer than 15,000 patients
Middle band: more than 15,000 patients but fewer than 90,000 patients
High band: more than 90,000, contact partnerships@accurx.com directly.
If you are purchasing through the Buying Catalogue, we cannot offer any discounts beyond this unless you are pursuing a Further Competition - Off Catalogue. This route is for more complex procurements worth >£250k and is essentially a tender process. If you choose to go down this route then we can offer discounts on our products according to your funding envelope and on a case-by-case basis.
How do I purchase more Accurx products?
