Our Accurx Ambassador scheme was introduced in 2023 to help organisations transition to a total triage model of care. All of our Ambassadors have already made this change in their own organisations and are now working with the model. They offer excellent advice and guidance for new users, making the transition to a new model much less daunting. Though they are total triage experts, they can help you work out your practice workflows and reassure you about what to expect.

Steps to access Ambassador training:
Check your eligibility for the training below 📑 We know how valuable this 1:1 time is, but we want to make sure you are already set up with the tools to make the change yourself, so you will need access to Accurx Patient Triage to be eligible for the session.
Book a 1-hour call at a time that suits you 📆 These are group sessions, with up to 4 other organisations taking part. The group aspect lets you gain valuable insights from other users, and there’s a chance they’ll ask about something you haven’t thought of yet!
Get started with total triage! ⛳ You will be sent all the tools you need to help make the move to total triage yourself. Our Implementation team are available for either a 1:1 or a Group session, and you can also join our Accurx Desktop Community on Facebook, where you can ask any extra questions.
We have Ambassadors based around the country. Some from smaller, more rural practices and some from larger practices in big cities like London. We've recently increased our Ambassadors, and include users of both EMIS and SystmOne, so we should have someone to suit your needs 😊
