Should I have access to a private reporting dashboard?
All organisations (paying or not) can access our public reporting dashboard by following this link. This public dashboard is free and gives organisations an overview of Accurx’s quantitative impact, trends and qualitative feedback.
Where organisations have contracted and are paying for Accurx paid for features, they will be able to access our private reporting dashboard which gives more granular information about practice-level usage across Accurx features. The private reporting dashboard is available to any contracted STP, ICS, or PCN.
What is a private reporting dashboard?
The private reporting dashboard shows practice-level usage across the following features in your locality:
Total SMS Messages Sent
Video Links Sent
Floreys Sent
Response Links Sent
Total Responses Received
Image Responses Received
Documents Sent
Pathways Sent
Patient Triage Requests Started
It also reports on Patient Triage feedback, adoption and outcomes, as well as individual Florey-type usage.
All data is fully exportable and can be filtered for within set timeframes.
How do I get set up?
Upon signing a contract, if you don’t already have access, you will receive instructions from Accurx with details on how to get set up, including an activation link to set your account live.
If you haven’t received these instructions or are having any difficulties, please write to partnerships@accurx.com to request access.
How do I use the dashboard?
Once you’ve been granted access to the dashboard, you can log on by scrolling to the bottom of this page where it says ‘Accurx Plus Dashboard’. A common mistake is that users click the ‘Login’ button in the top right corner of this page - This will log you into your Accurx Web account if you have one and not the reporting dashboard.
You can navigate through the dashboard using the tabs at the top of the page.
If you have any questions on reporting dashboards, please write to partnerships@accurx.com.
