Just so you know, only admins can archive/unarchive users. (See how to become an Admin here.)
How do I archive someone?
Click your initials icon on the toolbar and click 'Manage Users' in the drop-down
This will take you to the 'Manage Users' page where you can see all user accounts in your organisation.
Select the user and click the three dots at the end of the row. Click 'Archive'. If this is an admin user you will need to 'Remove admin role' first, then archive them.
How do I unarchive someone?
The 'Archived' column displays archived users. To undo the archive, find the user and click 'Unarchive'. The user will then appear in the approved list of users again.
