ⓘ Three essentials for making great notes:

  1. Good audio: Use a reliable conference microphone.

  2. Appropriate headings: Ensure your template includes all the information you want to document.

  3. Clear instructions: Provide Accurx Scribe with precise keywords and concise summaries.

Before the meeting: Briefly provide context

Briefly explain to the Scribe what is already known about the patient and what has been discussed previously. This helps ensure relevant details are categorised correctly.

During the meeting: Use keywords and clarifications

  • Mention relevant terms: Clearly state the examinations you’re performing, the body part involved, and the findings you observe.

  • Summarise the patient’s statements: Restate key points of what the patient says to help Tandem structure the information accurately.

After the meeting: Add medical terms and clarify your assessment
Before finalising the note:

  • State your assessment out loud: Accurx Scribe only includes information that is explicitly expressed.

  • Add extra details: If there’s something you didn’t say in front of the patient (e.g., sensitive test results), include it now—Accurx Scribe will place it under the appropriate heading.

🪄 When you need verbatim dictation

After the draft is created, you can use the "Adjust" button for verbatim dictation.

Example: “Write verbatim to Subjective: …” or “Add verbatim to Objective: …”

You can also dictate one heading at a time using the microphone icon next to each heading.

📝 Customise your headings
